Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
IASTM is a soft tissue treatment modality designed to identify and treat muscle restrictions, scar tissue, and areas of altered movement. By applying controlled pressure with specialized instruments, IASTM promotes circulation, and stimulated tissue remodeling to support improved flexibility, pain reduction and faster recovery.
Fire Cupping
Fire cupping is a soft tissue therapy that uses heated cups to create controlled suction over tight or restricted muscles.
This technique can help flush metabolic waste, decrease stiffness, and improve overall tissue mobility

Just yourself, your ID and insurance card! Plus your intake paperwork if you filled it out at home :)

If you’re more comfortable in your own clothes and we are doing soft tissue work, I would recommend loose fitting clothes or spandex and a tank top.
I do also have gowns in office for patients to use if you don’t want to worry about specific clothing.

If I have the time for a return patient walk in appointment I will never say no!
I however will ask that a new patient make an appointment so I can make sure I spend the proper time to hear them and understand what is going on.
