I started The Hills Chiropractic to provide personalized, hands-on care that restores movement, relieves tension, through different techniques and treatment modalities to help my patients achieve their goals

All chiropractic appointments will take place in my calm, soothing, nontraditional office environment with a fully private room and individualized care.

Meet Your New Chiropractor
Dr. Kyleigh Cromwell, D.C.
I’m a Rapid City native with a passion for helping people feel better, move better, and live better. I grew up in the Black Hills and went to Black Hills State University and graduated in 2022 with my degree in Exercise Science.
A few months later, I packed up everything I owned and moved to Bloomington, Minnesota to begin my chiropractic journey at Northwestern Health Sciences University. I graduated with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2025—now I’m back home and so excited to serve the community.
My style of care is very hands-on and soft-tissue focused. I take a whole-body approach because everything is connected, and my goal is to help you return to the activities you love feeling comfortable, confident, and supported.
Outside the clinic, you’ll almost always find me reading. According to Goodreads, fantasy is my go-to genre, and like any true book lover, I proudly claim SJM and Rebecca Yarros as top-tier favorites. I also can’t resist a good Abby Jimenez rom-com. In the summer, I’m either paddle boarding at Center Lake or golfing at Hart Ranch—and at home, I’m happily outnumbered by three adorable Maltese ankle-barkers: Ben, Ashley, and Kane. Which, forewarning… if you ask about them I will show you pictures.
